ARCHES

About

Launched as an initiative of the CAPP (California Academic Partnership Program) and the ICC (Intersegmental Coordinating Committee), the ARCHES (Alliance for Regional Collaboration to Heighten Educational Success) is a statewide voluntary confederation of regional collaboratives.

ARCHES brings together intersegmental and multi-sector regional collaboratives with a shared goal of:

  • Closing achievement and opportunity gaps

  • Increasing college and career readiness for students from socio-economic and racial-ethnic communities with historically low college-going rates.

ARCHES Collaboratives convene and unite K-12 institutions, community colleges, four-year colleges and universities, workforce, community-based organizations, and family organizations to work in unison to eliminate the resource barriers that hinder the academic, social, and professional development of California youth.
