P3 (Performance Partnership Pilot)
The P3 (Performance Partnership Pilot) enables specific California TRIO programs housed at a 2- or 4- year institutions of higher learning, to obtain waivers of certain program requirements to achieving improved outcomes for youth-serving programs.
TRIO Student Support Services, Upward Bound, and Talent Search Programs are authorized to waive the citizenship requirement for a student to be eligible to participate.
